Refund Policy

 

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Aditya Online Coaching Classes can be refunded within 7  working days, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy. 

Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. For more information regarding  refund , please see below.

STEPS FOR REFUND PROCESS

1) Request for refund

email: aditya.k.khobragade@gmail.com with screenshots of payment details with Your name ,date , mobile number and purchased course.

2) After receiving details  from you we  clarify and contact you for refund reason .

 Refund Confirm then Send mail or reply  Bank Details of payment method for refund

3) Our 7 Day policy

While our 7-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk free, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 7 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund.

4)  After you’ve submitted your refund request you can check the status of your refund in your purchase history. You will also be sent an email confirming that your refund request has been processed. 

5) Feedback needed for Improvement 

NOTE:  after course or book purchased we accept refund request within 5 day after 5 day complete we cant do any refund  nor entertain such refunds.
